The first Hospitality Project by Asia Prestige, a Singaporean and Hong Kong investment and hospitality management company that aspires to open a new boutique hotel chain for clients seeking a modern 4-star boutique hotel experiences, has been launched in Bangkok’s the second Central Business District.
Among several competitors, we were selected to design this hotel based on the concept of providing guests with a relaxing and refreshing experience during their leisure and business trips. We have incorporated curved lines and vertical gardens into our design to eliminate the feeling of confinement.
The interconnecting functions through these curved lines, both horizontally and vertically, enhance the hotel's space, making it more intriguing. We have also used these curved lines in the rooftop Sky Bar to add uniqueness while seamlessly blending it with the skyline during twilight.
We offer a total of 48 rooms in three styles including Z-Room, Z-Premier, and Z-Suite, with a practical living connecting space concept. Guests can feel relaxed through materials and color tones that enhance serenity while enjoying the fully equipped facilities for their convenience.
The hotel project will be managed by Unicorns Hospitality, ensuring the hotel’s chic and distinctive character. Some of the interesting features that differentiate us from others include the Food Stylish Chef at Day' Li, Zpace, a co-working business space, and Zook Bar, a private roof top sky bar.
