Principle Architects
Maruek obtained his Bachelor in Architecture from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in Bangkok, Thailand in 2005 and have the opportunity to work with Maps Design Studio BKK for five years as an architect. During his present, he participated numerous of hospitality design from W Retreat Koh Samui, Four Season Private Residence Bangkok (proposal) and The St. Regis Sanya. Simultaneously, he also established a studio together with his classmate called Studio Glucose to widen his skills as well as an experimental on the assigned field.
To broaden his intellectual horizons, he decided to study his Master in Architecture at the University of Colorado at Denver (CU Denver), USA in 2013 to add more depth to his architectural field and open up for new challenges. His attentiveness while studying was history, context and design process of places that changes overtime. Furthermore, he earn 1st winner of design excellence award from the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) twice on his design project studio and one nominee of all five studios.
After achieved his Master Degree, he came back to fulfill his dream by settle up a new studio together with colleagues in Bangkok to use his experience collected more than ten years to prove his faith on architecture.
“I strongly believe that good architectural works can improve culture, tradition, society and people in the sense of perception. It also can improve living environment and quality of life. Architecture can be directly benefited in two ways. One is by transferring outcome to develop the country, response to the usage and respect to environment and its context. The other is by passing the architectural concept to the next generation through teaching and learning spirit and inspiration to the new architects”

PAK PROMCHERTCHOO
Principle Architects
Graduated in Architectural Design from King Mongkut's Institute Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Pak started his career as an architect with A-Seven Corporation Co., Ltd., where he spent two-year crafting design and skills in different kinds of residential and commercial projects.
With a keen interest in tropical architecture, he joined MAPS Design Studio BKK in 2007, a Singaporean firm with extensive works in South East Asia’s hospitality projects.
As a team leader, he was trusted with various regional key projects such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, India, and Singapore. He had been responsible for hospitality projects from initial programming and conceptual design through completion. For seven years at the firm, he had developed more profound understanding in cultural characters of eastern architecture, and its related context.
In 2015, he began a next step by establishing a design practice, as a co-founder.
