After achieving success with the first branch in Bangkok, Asia Prestige aims to expand its presence to Vietnam with the first modern boutique hotel of its kind in Ho Chi Minh City's District 4.
We have proposed the same concept as ZAZZ Urban Bangkok by incorporating curved lines and natural elements into the design, consistent with the ZAZZ chain style. Yet this time, we have applied it to the architecture itself. The exterior features curved lines and vertical gardens that seamlessly connect into the hotel lobby and various common areas, creating an inviting and captivating atmosphere even when viewed from the outside.
On the rooftop, there is a panoramic view infinity pool offering breathtaking views of Ho Chi Minh City. This pool area is also vertically connected to the Sky Bar open space, allowing both spaces to be utilized simultaneously, especially during the evening hours.
The modern and distinctive design of the building has made a significant impact in District 4, attracting the interest of local guests and creating a continuous flow of visitors coming to indulge in the hotel’s services.
