UPCOMING PROJECT SNEAK PEEK !

Why you should run in barefoot. Because

it will make your feet and legs stronger and more flexible! How often should you run barefoot? Once a day is good enough. But if you can do it more than once a day, even better for your health! What should you do after you run barefoot? Just what you should have been doing all along! Go back to walking around in normal shoes as soon as possible. Does running barefoot take longer? Not at all. It takes just as long as regular running. In fact, it may be slightly faster because you won't have to waste time getting used to the extra feel of the ground under your feet. How long should you run each day if you want to reap the maximum benefits from running barefoot? That's up to you. But 30-minutes or less (3-10 miles) per day is plenty if you do it right! What are the benefits of running barefoot?

If you want to run in barefoot. You should

experience these benefits:

  1. Improved flexibility in your foot and ankle joints which will prevent injuries and keep you free from pain!
  2. Improved muscle tone in your legs and buttock area which will improve your overall appearance and make it harder for those annoying little bulges to form!
  3. Reduced stress on your knees, hips, back and lower body which means you will have fewer aches and pains!
  4. Running in barefoot can actually increase your lung capacity!
  5. Running barefoot can reduce your need for sleep!
  6. Barefoot running can actually speed up your metabolism!

What are the dangers of running barefoot? There are none whatsoever. If you do it right you can actually enjoy many times the benefits of running without any of the risks. By the way, did you know that almost 90% of all runners who experience injury while they are running do so within the first three months of starting to run? This is true even if they are experienced runners. It's not hard to understand why.

If you want to start with barefoot. You Should

... Start by wearing shoes for a few days and then take them off and gradually start running on the grounds (or sidewalk) of your local high school or college where there is a large population of young people. When you start running on the pavement just use the edge of your foot to find the ground beneath your feet. You'll get the hang of it quickly. And remember: If you are having trouble finding the ground don't worry about it. Just keep running. If you really can't figure it out, go ahead and wear shoes until you are comfortable running barefoot. Then, when you are ready, make the switch. Okay, that's it for this month. But, don't forget, if you want to learn how to write a sales pitch that will make people flood you with cash, then you need to read my next newsletter which is called: "How To Write A Sales Pitch That Will Make People Flood You With Cash!"
